Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic Provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts made with the supplier (Wanoiyori GmbH, hereafter referred to as "Wanoiyori") via the website Wanoiyori.com. Unless otherwise agreed upon, externally imposed conditions by the customer will not be considered.

(2) The consumer, within this framework, is any natural person who completes a legal transaction predominantly not related to their commercial or professional activity. A commercial contractual party is any natural or juridical person or legal partnership acting for their commercial or professional activity when completing a transaction.

(3) This translation of the German Terms and Conditions / Customer Information is provided for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy, the original German text shall prevail.

§ 2 Conclusion of a Contract

(1) The object of the contract is the sale of goods.

(2) By placing a given product on its website, Wanoiyori presents a binding offer to complete a contract under the conditions outlined in the given product description.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping basket as follows:

  • The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping basket".
  • The "shopping basket" can be accessed on the "One Step Checkout" page via the navigation bar.
  • After entering personal information, payment details, and shipping method, order details are displayed.
  • Before submitting an order, the order can be reviewed and canceled if desired.
  • By clicking "buy now", a binding offer is accepted, and the contract is made.
  • If an immediate payment method is selected (e.g., PayPal, Sofort), payment must be completed via the provider’s website.

(4) Order processing and contract completion details are sent via email. Customers must ensure their email address is correct and functional.

§ 3 Special Arrangements for Payment Methods

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Wanoiyori offers the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer: Available in select countries. The account is charged immediately upon order submission.
  • Invoice: Payment is due 14 days after goods shipment.
  • Direct Debit: The account is charged after shipment.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Reservation of Property Rights

(1) The right of retention applies only to claims arising from the contractual relationship.

(2) The goods remain the property of Wanoiyori until full payment is received.

(3) In the case of commercial contracts:

  • Wanoiyori retains property rights until all claims are settled.
  • Commercial buyers may resell goods in proper business transactions.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) Full statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Consumers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify Wanoiyori promptly of any defects or transport damage.

(3) Wanoiyori decides whether to rectify or replace defective goods. If unsuccessful, customers may request a price reduction or contract termination.

§ 6 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rights

Customers may cancel the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • The cancellation period starts on the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise cancellation rights, customers must notify Wanoiyori via email, mail, or fax. A cancellation form is optional.

Cancellation Process

If a customer cancels, Wanoiyori will refund the product cost but not the return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation notice.

§ 7 Return Instructions

Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories intact. If unavailable, proper packaging must be used to avoid damage.

§ 8 Liability

Wanoiyori is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

§ 9 Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

(1) German law applies, except where mandatory consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.

(2) The place of performance and jurisdiction is Wanoiyori's headquarters unless the customer is a commercial entity.

(3) The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

(4) Wanoiyori reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time.
